ON US reserves the right to reject advertising content that it considers unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, offensive or inconsistent with the ON US brand.

Advertisers must not provide advertising content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

ON US may refuse or request changes to advertising material that does not meet our technical, legal, ethical or brand requirements.

8. Advertising Approval

Submitting advertising material does not automatically guarantee publication.

ON US may review advertising material before production.

An advertiser will be responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims made in its advertising.

Once artwork has been approved for production, changes may result in additional costs or delays.

9. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices will be communicated to customers or advertisers before an order or campaign is confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment terms may differ depending on the product or service.

ON US may require payment before production, delivery or commencement of an advertising campaign.

Where applicable, invoices, quotations or campaign agreements will specify the relevant payment terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order or campaign where payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.

10. Delivery and Distribution

Where ON US provides delivery or distribution services, delivery arrangements will be communicated to the customer.

Delivery dates and times may be estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible.
